Release Agreement
I agree to the fullest extent to be responsible for any medical bills which may incur resulting from illness or injury during my participation in Love Thy Job/Bring Your Own Improv’s activities and events. I also understand and agree that I am expected to carry my own accident and medical insurance. I release Love Thy Job/Bring Your Own Improv from any and all liability and/or claims or damages arising out of personal injury of any kind.

Photo Release/Notice Of Filming And Photography
By joining Bring Your Own Improv/Love Thy Job, I give permission to and am participating in an activity where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. My participation and presence constitute my consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of my appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Bring Your Own Improv/Love Thy Job and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising. By being a cast or crew member of Bring Your Own Improv, I waive and release any claims I may have related to the use of recorded media of myself at an event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of myself, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. I understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done relying on this consent.

Code of Conduct Agreement
I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the Code of Conduct for Bring Your Own Improv (BYOI). I agree to comply with the standards referenced in the Code and all related policies and procedures. I acknowledge that the Code is a statement of principles for individual and business conduct and does not constitute an employment contract. I further acknowledge that I am responsible for understanding and following compliance standards and adhering to the ethical principles outlined in the Code of Conduct. I will promptly report any potential violation I become aware of to the Artistic Director and/or Director of BYOI. I understand that BYOI maintains a policy of non-retaliation provided that the report is made in good faith. I understand that any violation of the Code of Conduct or any ethics or compliance policy or procedure is grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including removal from BYOI.
